Instructions for use:

– Temper diluent at 25 ° C prior to semen collection.

– Does not require the addition of any product.

– Make a fractionated semen collection. You can use the Kubus collection kit.

– Get exclusively the sperm phase (it is the whitish 2nd phase).

–  Assess the volume, color, odor, concentration, morphology and motility.

– Perform dilution in the first 5 minutes after collection. 3 volumes of diluent MRA Can® are added to sperm per stage volume. (eg to 1 mL of sperm is added 3 mL of MRA® Can)

IMPORTANT: The extender and semen must be at the same temperature. A thermal shock may diminish the quality or even kill sperm cells.-          El semen debe ser conservado a 4-5ºC en nevera.Conservación del semen:

Avoid direct contact of light and temperature variations.

Insemination

– Pick up a syringe with the content of the tube and remove any remaining air in it.

– Attach the syringe to the tube insemination after having introduced into the vagina of the female.

– In the case of not achieving a sufficient volume, fill with Vigorsperm®.
